Who Do You Follow?

Dr. Bob Lay, Dean of The Urban Ministry Institute started with a spiritual breakfast of Ruth 1:16:
“For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God my God.”

Thank Chosen Generation Church, Pastor Cedric Nelms and Jay Eaton for their support.

Give appreciation and thanks to our faithful volunteers, Karen Wheeler Anderson, her family and students who help rain or shine.

And our brother Jamie Jaramillo whose answer to God’s calling always is YES.

We thank God for providing all we need, even His light – Jesus’ light ALWAYS shines when we serve.

Let us give God a big applause and sing Hallelujah! To God Be The Glory. Amen.

Thank You, Daddy!

Romans 8:28 – “we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

For five years God had mended our relationship ever closer.
My heart is full of joy after reading one of my daughters’ messages:

2 of my professors offered to be my reference for an internship.

I got nominated by 2 professors to study business in Morocco for 3 weeks in the Summer. I am going to apply for scholarships to pay for it or I will pay for it. I am telling you so you can be happy. Thank you!

I have also set up the professors who will write me my recommendation letters for my MBA. So I am happy.

I love you mom thank you for helping me with school and stuff.

My the other daughter, Wendy, is the greatest loving wife and mom to my two grandsons.

God is so good to us. God has revealed Himself to us who love Him. Thank you Daddy! Amen.

Ephesians 2:8-10 (ESV)
“8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Blessed Are The Pure In Heart

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” – Matthew 5:8

On my birthday today we received a powerful message from Pastor Brian Di Giuseppe and testimony from Sabrina, and his team brother Brian Kern and his beautiful wife Cathy from New Community Rising Church. A special birthday song was presented by brother Jamie Jaramillo, along with our volunteers’ usual cheerful service. Witnessing our church members sincerely pay attention to the Word delivered, the happiness is inexpressible. One of our friends mentioned to me before he left, “I want to have your happiness.” “Yes, my friend. You can find the happiness of the Lord. Live a life according to God’s Will. Start NOW. We can’t afford to wait another second.”

These are the most precious gifts I received from all of you from near and far. I love you and may God bless all of you!

God is Expanding His Church, His Ministry

We give thanks to our Heavenly Father who has enlarged the serving space, and we’ll even have more space in 2 to 3 weeks.

All things are for good, for His divine purpose to glorify Him. Stop waiting/longing to do His will. Just do it and follow His instructions with absolute, unquestioning faith.

Romans 5:8 – but God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 8:39 – Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Let us give thanks to the Lord for what He has done for us and wait patiently for His guidance to accomplish His will on earth. Amen!
