When we surrender our life to God, He replaces enslavement to compromise with security in Him.
We need to develop essential armor:
1. We must have strong convictions about the Bible and
depend on it as a guide for daily living.
(2 Timothy 3:14) – Live out the Words.
2. We need to have faith in God’s promise to supply all of our
needs. (Matthew 6:25-34)
3. We must find the courage to trust in Him, even when we are
misunderstood, persecuted, or falsely accused.
(James 1:2-13)
HAS THE VOICE OF GOD COME TO YOU DIRECTLY?
God speaks to you – not through your ear, but through your circumstances.
HAVE I BEEN PERSECUTING JESUS BY AN EAGER DETERMINATION TO SERVE HIM IN MY OWN WAY?
Psalm 40:8 – ” I delight to do your will, O my God. your law is within my heart.”
Today was a very special day –
Our worship leader, Tom Minkler took a bus from Altadena to fellowship with us. He was on fire of our Lord Jesus.
Our church members helped to serve our friends in the line.
A friend in the line skipped the food line stepping out to search the Truth. (Matthew 13:9 – “He who has ears, let him hear.”)
To God be the Glory. Amen.
