All Jesus’s Followers Are Evangelists

WHOEVER IS FOLLOWING IN OUR LORD, JESUS CHRIST’S FOOTSTEPS IS AN EVANGELIST TO SHARE THE GOSPEL.
Matthew 28:19-20 (ESV) – “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Brother Matthew Inato, one of our homeless brothers, is going to share the Gospel and testimony with all of us next Sunday (9/13/2020, 8 am)
Praise God for the amazing works God has done among us. God’s harvest fields are plenty but workers are few. Come to join us. TO GOD BE THE GLORY. May God bless you and all your loved ones abundantly. In Jesus’ Holy name! Amen.

Baptism and Scholarship!

ONLY BY GOD’S GRACE AND LOVE CAN THIS HAPPEN.
GOD IS STILL WORKING AND IN CONTROL.

Today, 7/19/2020 is a special day for our brother Brian Austin, a humble, loving young man who started his class at The Urban Ministry Institute of Los Angeles on 7/14/2020. He told me he wants to attend the school I graduated from. He made the decision to serve the Lord, and after today’s service he asked to be baptized. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord. You will be notified of Brian’s baptism date. Please join me to pray for Brian.

And I am honored to sign his “Pastor’s Reference Form.” Good news plus good news. The Urban Ministry Institute of Los Angeles gives him a full scholarship!

There is no word that can describe the joy in me to witness a reborn baby in Christ. Rejoice in the Lord. There is Hope in Christ.

Relationship

During these more than 6 years of services, I missed one Sunday to visit my daughter but our service still kept going thanks to Pastor Obie Obiacoro who helped me to preach that day. Even when I had a car accident a few years back, brother Jamie suggested, “ You need to be there; just sit there. They just want to see you there. Need prayer.” So I presented.

Today I needed a test to be done in the morning in order to have a procedure done the following Wednesday. They came, lined up as usual and noticed that we didn’t set up for services. We just passed out food, drinks and Bibles, and prayed for them.

They asked “Why don’t have we Church service today?” “Will we have church service next Sunday?!” After I explained why I have to leave early today, they all asked, “Are you okay?! Take care of yourself.”

This precious relationship is priceless and can be found nowhere but in God’s house. God changed their goal of life from food to the Word of God.

And good news is one of our friends, Brian, is going to start his first class at The Urban Ministry Institute on 7/13/2020. With God all things are possible! Hallelujah! Will you join me to pray for Brian’s walk after God?

Thank you for your prayers and support. To God be the Glory! Amen.

God’s Steadfast Love Never Ceases

THE STEADFAST LOVE OF THE LORD NEVER CEASES
(Lamentation 3:19-24)

When you BELIEVE, God’s miracle HAPPENS.

Last Sunday 03/01/2020 we were honored to have Dr. Young Lee Hertig, Co-Founder & Executive Director of ISAAC, at our Church sharing “perfect love casts out fear” with us. The Holy Spirit presented. Two ladies originally standing outside the gate joined us with tears over their faces, attendants raised questions, we praised and worshiped God. After Dr. Young’s preaching we had a few drops of rain. We kept worshiping and singing then the rain stopped. For almost 6 years either before or after the service, occasionally there has been light or heavy rain, BUT never rain during the service. We ALWAYS serve under Jesus’ Light.

The few drops of rain during the worship was pleasing tears from God. He remembered to stop the rain for us to serve His people.

God’s miracle happens when we earnestly seek God, have immovable faith, fervent prayer, exact obedience, and give thanks to God. We must have a sincere, quiet heart, listen and believe the Holy Spirit will speak to our heart and guide us.

“This the Day that The Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” -Psalm 118:24

Our God is an Amazing God. “And there is Salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven giving among men by which we must be saved.” -Acts 4:12

Hallelujah! Amen.

The Waiting Room

Orlando Cordova, one of our Church friends:
Before he stepped into our Church, he asked, “Is this Church preaching God’s Words?” The answer was, “Yes.” Since that day he fellowships with us every Sunday. This morning he gave his testimony and preached – “The Waiting Room.”
Jorge, one of our volunteers, a faithful servant of God:
For the first time he led the prayer before communion. Pastor Brian shared the good news after Orlando. We had a blessed day. Thank you, Jesus.
